Roger Stone, a longterm political adviser of President Trump and the campaign adviser of Trumps 2016 election has been indicted by Robert Muller in the wild-goose chase for the Russian Collusion investigation.
Reports have it, Roger Stone faces charges of obstruction, witness tempering and false statements.
The 24-Page indictment allegea that Stone worked to obstruct the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election by making false statements to the committee, denying he had records sought by the committee and persuading a witness to provide false testimony.
Stone who was arrested on Friday morning is set to appear before the U.S Magistrate Judge Lurana at the federal court house in Fort Lauderdale.
On Wednesday during an appearance on Fox News ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’, Stone insinuated that if indicted, he will not ‘in his words’ “Bear false witness against Donald Trump.” Saying he will not do what Michael Cohen has done in other to “ease the pressure on my self,” Said stone.
Reports say the FBI might have broken a lot of rule in the process of apprehending Roger Stone, when twelve armed FBI agents with tactical gears raided Stones compound this morning.
While the White House have not officially made a statement in response to this, Saager Enjeti, a Jounalist with The Daily Caller tweeted

Roger Stone was granted bail for $250 bond.

Stones first statement was to his attorney Grant Smith and he said
“This country is literally run by a rogue prosecutor who has more power than the president,” said Stone, adding that he believes America is turning into the “new Soviet Union” and that he fears for his grandchildren.
