The audio contains an exchange between Dem. House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, the third-highest ranked Democrat in the House, and a CNN host.

Apearing on Capitol Hill Saturday, Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz played an audio clip of a top Democrat laughing at and denying the existence of a border crisis.

The audio contains an exchange between Dem. House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, the third-highest ranked Democrat in the House, and a CNN host.
The CNN host asked Clyburn if he agreed with the president that there was a “humanitarian crisis” at the border. Finding it funny, Clyburn chuckled and laughed before saying “absolutely not.”

Although the clip was short, Rep Gaetz played the loop over and over again, an act which triggered fellow Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Madeleine Dean, calling it offensive.

“Is it appropriate for a Member to just put on a loop, a teeny soundbite out of context? Is that allowed?” Dean asked.

Rep. Dean was shut down by fellow Dem chairman and the time was given back to Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz to continue blasting them…

Watch:

While blasting the Democrats, Rep. Gaetz made a cold stone statement which every American knows to be true. He blammed congress for all the vulnerable people in tragic conditions at the border, adding that this is so because the Democrats were in denial and not the Republicans. Thus they needed to be blamed.
